This Terms of Use Agreement ("Terms of Use", and together with any applicable Supplemental Terms as defined in Section 1.3, the "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions of your relationship with WCI Holdings LLC and our affiliated entities ("Company," "We Can It," "we," "us," or "our"). This Agreement applies to your use of (i) the website located at https://wecanit.us and any of Company's other websites that link to these Terms of Use (collectively, the "Website") and (ii) the services, content, and other resources available on or enabled via our Website, including quote and calculator tools, customer portals and design studios, lead and session forms, application programming interfaces ("API"), model context protocol integrations ("MCP"), command-line interface tools ("CLI"), AI-assisted services, or similar integrations that we offer (collectively, with our Website, the "Service").

READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. IT GOVERNS YOUR ACCESS AND USE OF THE SERVICE AND APPLIES TO ALL VISITORS AND USERS. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE IN ANY WAY, YOU REPRESENT THAT: (1) YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, (2) YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD (OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR JURISDICTION, IF HIGHER) AND OF LEGAL AGE TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT WITH COMPANY, AND (3) YOU ARE NOT BARRED FROM USING THE SERVICE UNDER THE LAWS OF YOUR PLACE OF RESIDENCE OR ANY OTHER APPLICABLE JURISDICTION. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF USE, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

1.1 Website and Service

References to the "Service" include the Website and any related online properties, tools, and integrations we make available, whether accessed by browser, mobile device, portal login, or technical integration.

1.2 Who this Agreement binds

If you access or use the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" includes that entity.

1.3 Supplemental Terms

Additional terms may apply to specific products, campaigns, portals, or order workflows ("Supplemental Terms"). Supplemental Terms are incorporated into this Agreement. If they conflict with these Terms of Use for a specific feature, the Supplemental Terms control for that feature only.

2. Informational nature of the site

Website content (including pricing calculators, product descriptions, lead times, and case examples) is for general information and sales inquiry purposes. Quotes, mockups, and estimates are not binding until confirmed in a written order or agreement. Production timelines, MOQs, and pricing may change.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Scrape, overload, or disrupt the site or our APIs.
• Submit malware, spam, or deceptive content through forms.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when requesting quotes or sessions.

4. Accounts and portal

If you use a customer portal or design studio, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Intellectual property

Site design, branding, text, graphics, videos, and software are owned by WCI Holdings LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute site materials without prior written permission, except for temporary caching or as required for normal browser use.

Artwork, logos, and brand assets you upload remain your property (or your licensor's). You grant us a limited license to use those assets to produce quotes, mockups, samples, and fulfilled orders, and to operate related systems.

6. Third-party services

The site may link to or integrate third-party tools (CRM, analytics, hosting, payment, design portals). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WCI Holdings LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the site. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid us for site-related services in the three months before the claim, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WCI Holdings LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the site, your content or artwork, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes shall be the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
